Akito Aizato is the co-representative of empty, which handles planning and photography. He plans and directs a variety of photography and events. He started a band in high school and is still active as a musician. While working as a civil servant, he launched "Reverb," a music event where high school students and adults performed together.

Akito says he has always admired the rural landscapes of the mainland. "Ever since I first arrived here, I've always liked this landscape, and I feel like coming back every now and then." Entering Kainan village and heading northeast along the road between the fields, you'll come across this place.

On the road from Nosoko village to Iharama. The color of the sea that spreads out on the east side of the island is a truly beautiful gradation of different shades of blue, and passing through here really gets me excited.

A peaceful view of the sea and mountains in the northern part of the island, rich in nature. "The other day while I was shooting, I was sure there would be a great view so I climbed up the farm road and it was absolutely beautiful." From Nosoko, I headed up the narrow road just before the Ibaruma Three-Way Junction towards the top of the hill.

He likes the feeling of being isolated and special when he goes just below the red lighthouse, surrounded by the sea. He often goes there to take pictures of the sunset.

Hamasaki Marina is located very close to his parents' house. He used to skateboard here with his friends when he was in junior high school, and he also likes to drop by alone. He also likes to just sit here and daydream while watching the sunset.

Originally from Hamasakicho, Ishigaki City, he returned to his hometown from Tokyo and worked at Taketomi Town Hall for eight years. He launched the live event "Reverb" in 2013 and has held it 12 times to date. In 2021, he became co-representative of empty LLC, whose management philosophy is "It's silly, but fun."
